Background/Our Story
Hello, I’m Brandon, an 18-year-old high school graduate with a deep passion for cooking and baking. As a proud Special Olympics athlete and an individual on the autism spectrum, I have come to embrace my unique perspective on life. My love for the culinary arts blossomed during my childhood, as I spent precious moments cooking and baking alongside my father, a dedicated professional chef with over 27 years of experience. These experiences not only helped me manage my anxiety but also strengthened the bond between us. With each recipe we crafted, I discovered a world filled with creativity and joy that ignited my passion for cooking. My father, mother, and sister have always inspired me to view my differences as strengths, instilling in me the belief that our uniqueness is something to celebrate. Through my involvement in the Special Olympics community, I became acutely aware of the barriers that teens and adults often face in finding meaningful job opportunities. This realization inspired me to create our easy-to-make pizza kits, developed with the love and support of family and friends. Through these kits, I aim to provide not only high-quality ingredients but also an opportunity for empowerment and growth within our community.
